How is Advisory different from Done-for-You?

Advisory is strategic guidance. I help you think, plan, and decide. Your team does the work. Done-for-You is execution. We do the work. If you need both, DFY includes advisory.

How fast can we start?

Most engagements kick off within a week of the discovery call. The GTM audit starts immediately and you'll have a roadmap within 30 days.

What's the minimum commitment?

Three months. That's enough time to audit, build a roadmap, and start seeing the impact of better decisions. Most clients stay much longer because the value compounds.

Do you work with my team directly?

At the Operator tier, yes. I'll work directly with your sales leaders, marketers, and operators. At the Architect tier, I work primarily with you, the founder or CEO.

How many advisory clients do you take at once?

I cap it. The whole point is that you get real access to me, not a junior associate. If spots are full, I'll let you know the timeline or recommend an alternative.

What if I realize I need Done-for-You instead?

Easy transition. We can shift from Advisory to DFY at any point. The audit work and strategy we've already built carries over. Nothing is wasted.
